East Park Limited Partnership (“East Park”), the appellant, challenges a judgment of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County in favor of four of its former limited partners (“Withdrawing Partners”), the appellees, in a declaratory judgment action. The Withdrawing Partners are Barbara Larkin; Valeere Sass, as Trustee; Rosemary Krupnick; and the Charles L. Helferstay Residuary Trust. They sought a declaration that they properly had exercised a statutory right to withdraw as limited partners and an injunction against a capital call issued by East Park’s general partner, Joseph Della Ratta.…
