Judgment, same court and Justice, entered February 26, 2007, to the extent appealed from as limited by the briefs, awarding plaintiffs the principal sum of $1,198,409 with respect to the decedent’s interest in the Albert Greenberg & Vick partnership (AGV) and $171,484 with respect to her interest in the Godwin Realty Associates partnership, unanimously affirmed, without costs.
