Donald Joe Barber appeals his conviction and sentence for mailing a fictitious financial instrument with the intent to defraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 514(a)(3), after having been found guilty of that offense by a federal jury. Barber was sentenced to serve 24 months in prison.
