This appeal arises out of a bankruptcy case. Appellant Jeffrey Weinman challenges the district court’s ruling that Wein-man, the trustee of the debtor’s estate, could not set aside a certain transfer of real property as a fraudulent transfer under 11 U.S.C. § 548. The transaction in dispute occurred after the debtor failed to pay property taxes on a piece of real estate it owned in Boulder County, Colorado.
