This matter is before the Court on Defendant’s Motion For Summary Judgment (Doc. #27) filed March 13, 1998. Plaintiff pro se, a former United States postal employee, claims that defendant unlawfully retaliated against him in violation of Title VII for filing a prior race discrimination lawsuit. He also claims that defendant failed to accommodate his disability in violation of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended by the Civil Rights Act of 1991, 29 U.S.C. § 791 et seq.
