MEMORANDUM AND ORDER GRANTING RELIEF FROM AUTOMATIC STAY

The Attorney General of Maryland filed this Complaint for Relief from Automatic Stay in order to proceed with a forfeiture action in the Circuit Court for Frederick County concerning $5,562 in currency. The currency came into the possession of members of the Maryland State Police in the course of the arrest of the Debtor on various criminal charges, involving possession of controlled dangerous substances.
