OPINION OF THE COURT BY
RICHARDSON, C.J.
This is an appeal from the judgment of the district court revoking defendant Moore’s driving license for six months, pursuant to HRS §§ 286-151 and 286-155, 1 upon defendant’s refusal to submit to chemical testing for alcohol. Finding the defendant’s subsequent requests for testing to have vitiated his initial refusal, we reverse and remand for further findings.
