Before the Magistrate are plaintiffs’ motion for sanctions with respect to Dr. Peter Bier’s alleged failure to appear for a continuation of his deposition on June 19, 1985 and the related motion to compel answers to plaintiffs’ fourth set of interrogatories directed to issues involving Dr. Bier’s nonappearance at the scheduled continued deposition and the future availability of Dr. Rudolf Binsack to appear at a deposition voluntarily before a Consular Officer at the U.S. Embassy in Bonn, Federal Republic of Germany,…
