March 11,1946, Kid M. Robinson, brought an action of forcible detainer against Milton Robinson and Juanita Robinson to recover possession of apartment No. 201, which was located on the second floor of the premises known as No. 2829 Calumet avenue, Chicago. The verified complaint alleged that defendants unlawfully withheld possession of the apartment.
