By the death of the testator, Frank. Szczepanski, on January 10, 1895, his widow and four daughters became, as devisees by the terms of his will, the owners each of an undivided one-fifth interest in the lot, described in the bill herein, and sought to be partitioned. By the subsequent death of two of the children, who were minors, the appellees, the two surviving children, also minors, became the owners each of an undivided six-twentieths of the premises in question, and the widow, Katharina Obecny, then the wife of Witt Obecny (formerly Katharina Szczepanski,) became the owner of an…
