This is an appeal by Ralston Purina Company from an adverse decree of the Pope County Chancery Court in a suit filed by Ralston against A. E. Davis, et al., to set aside a conveyance of 400 acres of farmland from J. M. Davis to his son and daughter-in-law, A. E. Davis and Georgene Davis, as a fraud on creditors. On appeal to this court Ralston contends that the chancellor’s finding that Ralston had not sustained its burden of proof was against the clear preponderance of the evidence.
