The matter before the court is an action by the Committee of Creditors Holding Unsecured Claims and Committee of Creditors Holding Unsecured Claims as Estate Representative of Papercraft Corporation (hereafter collectively “creditors’ committee” or “committee”) for equitable subordination and objecting to the claim of Citicorp Venture Capital, Ltd.
