Appeal by Hicks Truck Company, a partnership composed of R. G. Hlicks, Roy Bullard and Silas Thomas, hereinafter referred to as Hicks Truck Company or appellants, from an order of the Circuit Court of Cole County overruling a motion of appellants to set aside a judgment of said circuit court for alleged irregularity apparent of record.
