Thomas F. Peckham, III (“Peckham”), his wife Stacia Peckham and his parents Adelaide Peckham and Thomas Peckham, Jr. (together “Plaintiffs”) have brought claims of negligent infliction of emotional distress against New England Newspapers, Inc., which operates under the trade name North Adams Transcript.
