SULLIVAN, Judge:

On September 23, 1993, appellant was tried by a military judge sitting alone as a general court-martial at Fort Drum, New York. Pursuant to his pleas, he was found guilty of willfully disobeying a lawful order (3 specifications), sodomy, and aggravated assault (2 specifications), in violation of Articles 92, 125, and 128, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 892, 925, and 928, respectively.
