— This is an appeal from a judgment in an action brought by the appellee to foreclose a real estate *415mortgage. The complaint was filed on the last day within the applicable 20-year Statute of Limitations, and the issues were formed on the complaint of one paragraph to which four paragraphs of answer were filed, and the fourth paragraph of answer to which a demurrer was sustained, and the order sustaining the demurrer recited a stipulation by the parties that the appellee did not seek a personal or deficiency judgment.
