This matter is before the Court upon the application of the United States of Amei'iea for an order to enforce the summons served upon Donald J. Graf by James M. Clarke, Internal Revenue Agent, pursuant to the provisions of Section 7602, Title 26 U.S.C.A., and upon the motion of Dorothy Hinchcliff, individually, and as executrix of the estate of Alfred W.
