The appeal is from judgment rendered in a quo warranto proceeding brought by The State of Texas through agency of the Criminal District Attorney of Collin County, as plaintiff, on relation of the Board of Trustees of Anna Independent School District, Collin County, against the City of Van Alstyne and Board of Trustees of the Van Alstyne Independent School District as defendants.
