This is an action in equity brought to impress a trust upon certain real property, consisting of a house and lot, and to compel the defendant to convey the same to the plaintiff; also, for an accounting for all moneys, rents and income received by the defendant while in possession of the property. The defendant joined issue upon the facts alleged in the complaint and set up a counterclaim based upon an alleged default in payment of moneys due under an order of the Livingston County Children’s Court directing plaintiff to pay the weekly sum of $10 toward the support…
