1Per curiam
¶ 1. We review a referee's report and recommendation concluding that Attorney Mark E. Converse engaged in professional misconduct and recommending that his license to practice law in Wisconsin be suspended for a period of four months, effective February 23, 2007, so as to operate consecutively to the one-year suspension Attorney Converse was already serving.
¶ 2. We conclude that the referee's findings of fact are supported by satisfactory and convincing evidence. We further determine that the seriousness of Attorney Converse's misconduct warrants the suspension of his license to practice law…
