In this cross-appeal, 56 Leinbach Investors, LLC (Lein-bach) appeals the master-in-equity’s determination it breached a lease agreement with Magnolia Paradigm, Inc. (Magnolia) when Leinbach leased a portion of the subject property to a *470third party. Leinbach further appeals the master’s award of a $300 per month rent abatement as damages, arguing Magnolia suffered only nominal damages.
