OPINION

HUNTER, Judge:

Appellant, Gordon, appeals from the trial court’s order granting summary judgment to Appellee, United, in the principal amount of $128,005.25, plus interest and attorney fees.

In 1982, United agreed to buy crude oil from certain leases Gordon operated in Lincoln County, Oklahoma. As a result of its own miscalculations, United overpaid Gordon $128,005.25 for oil in July, August, and September, 1982. Gordon admitted receipt of the overpayments, but alleged that it paid over to the other leasehold interest owners all but $42,164.15 of the money. Gordon did not learn that…
