CUDAHY, Circuit Judge.
Plaintiff-appellant, Robert Wolf oik, brought this action seeking to redress alleged employment discrimination in connection with his employment by, and termination from, the Minority Business Development Agency (“MBDA”). 1 Plaintiff’s third amended complaint contained four claims: a Title VII claim of discrimination in hiring (plaintiff is black); a Title VII discrimination claim alleging wrongful termination; a claim based upon 42 U.S.C. § 1981; and a claim based upon 42 U.S.C. § 1985.
