The appellant is an attorney at law. He filed in the office of the clerk of the Howard Circuit Court a claim against the estate of appellee’s decedent for services rendered her and her administrator. By change of *117venue this claim was transferred to the docket of the court below. On the same day of the filing of the above named claim, and in the same court, another -was filed by the appellant against the same estate.
