Action by appellant against appellees, based in part on an account, consisting of 203 items, covering a period of almost ten years, and aggregating the sum of $5,640.15. The relief sought, as to said account, is a personal judgment against appellees, Orin H. Trook and Richard M. Crouch, with a decree adjudging the same to be a lien on certain real estate owned by them.. The complaint was answered by general denials, and pleas of payment and former adjudication, on which issues were duly joined.
