Plaintiffs, Illinois Graphics Company and State Farm Insurance Company, appeal from an order dismissing their complaint based upon section 19(g) of the Workers’ Compensation Act (Act) (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 48, par. 138.19(g)). In their complaint, they sought recoupment of all temporary total disability (TTD) benefits paid to defendant, Iona Nickum.
