Reversing.

Tlie Commonwealth, has filed a motion entitled ‘ ‘ Motion for an appeal and certification of the law,” in an action where the judgment directed, among other things, that Ben Reece, John D. Martin, former jailer of Knox County, and Earl Dizney, present jailer of Knox County, were not guilty of contempt of court, and that Ben Reece be given credit for 55 days spent' in jail, when in fact those 55 days were spent at the home of John D. Martin, about two miles from the county jail.
