LESLIE, Chief Justice.
The Brazos River Conservation and Rf-clamation District, hereinafter referred to» as the District, instituted this suit against C. E. Allen and E. B. Ritchie et al. in the District Court for an injunction to prevent their taking and receiving from the Clerk of the County Contri of Palo Pinto- County certain money representing the amount of an award theretofore deposited with said Clerk by the District in a condemnation proceeding.
