In cause No. 25407 leave was granted by this court to file an original petition for a writ of mandamus against the Secretary of State to require him to certify and publish, as a duly enacted law, House Bill No. 537 passed by the Sixty-first General Assembly. Similar leave was granted on the original petition in cause No. 25434, which refers to Senate Bill No. 500.
