—This appeal is prosecuted from the circuit court of Reynolds county in an action of ejectment for the possession of the- east half of lot number two of the northeast quarter of section one, township tweny-nine, range two east, in said1 county. *445From a judgment in favor of the plaintiff the defendant appealed to this court.
