ERROR TO THE SUPREME COURT OP THE STATE OP MISSOURI. The court stated the case as follows: The writ, of error in this case brings before us for review a judgment of the Supreme Court of 'the State of Missouri, rendered on the 11th. day of May, 1885, in a suit commenced in the St. Louis Land Court of St. Louis County, in that State, on the 15th day of September, 1853. This suit is in the nature of an action of ejectment to recover possession of about .200 acres of land.
