Plaintiff, Luxury International, Inc. (“Luxury”), seeks an order: (1) compelling the United States Customs Service (“Customs”) to release its LCD hand-held video games (“LCD games”) from detention; and (2) requiring Customs to deliver to it the security posted by the defendant-intervenors, ZAO Elorg (“Elorg”) and The Tetris Company, LLC (“Tetris”).
