This is a bill in chancery filed in September, 1908, by Evalyn Kingman, appellee, against her husband, Louis S. Kingman, appellant, for separate maintenance. The bill alleges that the parties were married in June, 1906; that complainant always treated the defendant with kindness and forbearance; that a few weeks after the marriage the defendant commenced a course of unkind, cruel and inhuman treatment towards the complainant; that defendant refused to furnish a home for complainant separate and apart from the other members of the family of defendant, and compelled complainant to live with the…
