Henrietta F. Barre and Anne L. Fitzhugli, by deed dated *315May 13,1880, conveyed to Fairman F. and George P. Fleming, with general warranty of title, a certain lot of land situate in the town of Bavenswood, in Jackson county, described and bounded as follows:
