JUDGE:

The decrees complained of on this appeal were made and entered in a suit brought by the executor of the will of J. W. Dudley, for the sale of the real estate of which he diecl seized and possessed and settlement and distribution of his estate among the devisees and legatees, after the payment of his debts, the personal property being insufficient to pay the indebtedness, and the will having ordered the sale of part of the real estate. The widow of the testator is the appellant and she complains of the refusal of the court to permit assignment to her, of her dower in kind, in a tract of…
