| ¡.Defendant, Jermaine Carter, appeals his convictions for first degree robbery and attempted first degree robbery. For the following reasons, we affirm defendant’s convictions and sentences.

PROCEDURAL HISTORY

On January 17, 2012, the St. John the Baptist Parish District Attorney filed a bill of information charging defendant, Jermaine Carter, with armed robbery with a firearm, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64 and 14:64.3.
