NOTTINGHAM, District Judge.
This is an Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”) case. Plaintiff Patrick Martin alleges that Defendant AT & T Corporation discriminated against him because of his age, disabilities, and request for an accommodation for his disabilities.
