Affirming.

At the November election, 1913, tbe appellant, Emsy Hackney, and the appellee, J. A. Justice, were opposing candidates for tbe office of justice of tbe peace in magisterial district No. 8, in Pike County; tbe former being tbe nominee of tbe Republican party and tbe latter tbe nominee of tbe Democratic party. Magisterial district 8 contains two voting precincts, Lick precinct, No. 4, and Grapevine precinct, No. 22. According to tbe official returns appellant received 203 and appellee 116 votes in Lick precinct, which gave appellant a majority in…
