Plaintiffs Bronx County Trust Company and Mary A. Haas, as administrators of the estate of Ellen Campbell, deceased, bring two actions. One is against the nieces of Ellen Campbell, Frances H. O’Connor (later Mrs. Flanagan, then Mrs. *296Lamberti) and Madelon R. O’Connor; the other against Frances and the New York Trust Company. Frances V. O’Connor, sister of deceased and mother of Frances and Madelon, who also is an administratrix, refused to join as party plaintiff and for this reason is made a codefendant in each case. Mary A.
