MURPHY, Circuit Judge.

Appellant Curtis A Hines pleaded guilty to two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1), one count of unlawful uttering and/or possessing a counterfeit security with intent to deceive in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 513(a), and one count of making a false or fraudulent claim against the United States Treasury in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 287.
