Randall W. Pease (Claimant) appeals from an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) denying him unemployment compensation benefits. The Board took no additional testimony but affirmed the referee’s findings of fact and his conclusion's that the Claimant should be denied benefits under Section 401(d) and 402(b) (1) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Act), Act of December 5, 1936, Second-Ex. Sess., P.L. (1937) 2897, as amended, 43 P.S. §§801 (d) and 802(b)(1).1
