Complainant, Richard Green, filed a charge of handicap discrimination with the Illinois Department of Human Rights (Department) against Ms former employer, Cisco Trucking Company, Inc. (Cisco), pursuant to section 1 — 102(A) of the Illinois Human Rights Act (Act) (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 68, par. 1 — 102(A)).
