Plaintiff Sara Lee Corporation (“Sara Lee”) filed this action claiming that the defendants produced and sold counterfeits of trademarked products of Sara Lee’s Coach Leatherware (“Coach”) division, in violation of the Trademark Act of 1946, codified as amended at 15 U.S.C. § 1051, et seq. (“Trademark Act”).
