CHAGARES, Circuit Judge.
The plaintiffs appeal the District Court’s order granting the defendants’ motion for summary judgment. For the reasons that follow, we will affirm.

On February 17, 2011, plaintiff Ronald Rowell 1 was injured when his tractor trailer, parked in a commercial warehouse located in New Jersey, was struck by another vehicle.
