Plaintiffs Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s, London, and Certain London Market Insurance Companies 1 sought a judicial declaration of their obligations under reinsurance and direct insurance contracts involving defendant Astro Limited (Astro), serving as both the reinsured and direct, captive insurer, and defendant Boeing Company (Boeing), the direct insured.
