Plaintiffs Raymond D. Headrick and Cynthia J. Headrick (“the Headricks”) seek to recover actual damages for attorney fees and legal expenses incurred, and unspecified injuries from the State of Georgia Department of Revenue (“Georgia”) for violation of the 11 U.S.C. § 362 automatic stay. The Headricks request $48,393.45 in attorney fees and expenses and $2,000 for other unspecified injuries.
