This case calls on the Court to decide whether Plaintiff Svetlana Visinscaia is a great ballroom dancer or merely a very good one. Visinscaia, a native and citizen of Moldova, was admitted to the United States on August 5, 2011, on an F-l visa to attend community college in Virginia.
