hS.B., the mother of the child, H.A.B., appeals a judgment terminating her parental rights.

FACTS

H.A.B. was born on April 15, 1999, and is the minor child of S.B. The events which led to this termination proceeding began on December 9, 2007, when the Department of Social Services, Office of Community Services (OCS) received a report that S.B. and H.A.B. were involved in an abusive altercation.
