This suit was instituted in the circuit court ot Jefferson county, July 19, 1875, by the Shenandoah Yalley National Bank of Winchester, suing on behalf of itself and all other judgment-lien creditors of tlie defendants against Solomon A. Bates, James ~W. Shirley, John G. Shirley, Solomon A. Bates administrator and Elizabeth S. Shirley administratrix of Walter Shirley, deceased.
