Defendant appeals by leave of this Court an order by the circuit court denying defendant’s motion for change of venue.

Plaintiff filed the instant action in Wayne County Circuit Court, alleging that he was injured during the course of his employment due to defendant’s negligent failure to provide him with a safe place to work. The suit was brought under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA), 45 USC 51 et seq.
